These are handmade in my West Auckland workshop using small offcuts of steel that would otherwise be wasted. For people who value craft and slow, thoughtfully made things.
The set will contain a cleaver style knife (9cm blade), and a slender curved knife (10cm blade). Sizing will vary slightly as I forge to shape.
