Feather Pattern Petty Knife
Hand forged petty knife, made with homemade feather patterned steel. Made with 1095 and 15N20 carbon steel, and certainly the most complex pattern I have created to date. Blade is 14cm from tip to heel, and handle is Northland Pohutukawa with brass accents.
Although a visually impressive knife, it still cuts carrots and will do every kitchen task you need it to. It’s designed to work.
This is truely a one of a kind, and this exact knife will never exist again.
