Hand forged Nakiri, made with 80crv2 high carbon steel. Handle is ebonised Amboyna burl, that has some subtle blue and green tones in the right light. Blade is 17cm from tip to heel.
Traditionally a vegetable knife, but I find these to be super comfortable and endlessly useful for numerous tasks, and is one of my most used knives in the kitchen.
