Hand forged Sujihiki, is a long and double bevelled slicing knife. Forged from 80CRV2 carbon steel, known for its toughness and edge retention. Dressed up with brass fixtures and some rare Swamp Totara for the handle. The blade is 28cm from tip to heel.
